RENTAL POLICIES

Payment must be received in full prior to confirm your order of new baby Stork lawn signs. We accept all major credit cards. Not all signs are available at all times. We will let you know if your sign is available prior to accepting and/or confirming your order. Availability is not guaranteed.

We deliver to residential homes only.

Orders can be taken when a mother is in labor or soon after the baby is born. The sooner the better. 

Wording on newborn stork signs, bundles, and yard signs can be customized and usually includes a baby's first and middle name, birthday, weight, and length. Keepsake bundles will be left on the front porch at the end of the rental period unless otherwise specified by the renter.

Please do not allow children to play or climb on or around the display.  We will not be held liable for injuries or damage due to children or adults playing on or near our yard sign displays. Please do not let a pet cause damage to the stork sign.

Please do not move or take down the yard sign display.  Please inform your mowing service of this policy. Any damage to stork signs or birthday signs will result in charges to the homeowner.

Please do not mow or edge around the yard rental sign display.  Any damage to stork signs or birthday signs this causes will result in charges to the homeowner. Please inform your lawn mowing company if applicable.

If the homeowner has a sprinkler system, we will do our best to avoid visible sprinklers. However, we cannot see underground sprinkler lines, and will not be held liable for damage to sprinkler systems. Please mark the spot you would like the new baby sign or birthday sign placed prior to delivery if this is a concern of yours.

Please do not attach balloons to the yard sign display!  The sun will melt the balloons and cause permanent damage to the signs.

The homeowner is responsible for all damage to yard signs.

Honey’s Stork Signs & More will place a small 6x9 inch sign in the yard during the rental period.

Upon ordering a Stork lawn sign rental from Honey’s Stork Signs & More, the homeowner accepts responsibility for the sign while on their property.

Refunds will be given ONLY for the following reasons.

1. You choose to cancel your stork sign rental and you give at least 24 hours notice.

2. Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up the stork yard sign.

You will not receive a refund if the following occurs:

1. We are unable to enter a gated community

2. A security guard refuses us entry

3. The recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or asks us to come pick it up before the rental period is over

4. A dog or other threatening animal refuses to let us on the property
